In our evolving industry today, it is natural to comment on all the negativity taking place. One of the positives was when EVP was formed by Drew & Stacy Watson. They shared a vision of how their company could help grow into a Real Estate tool for Appraisers, Agents, and Banks/Mortgage Companies. I shortly realized that EVP was attempting to unravel all the many layers of the mortgage industry, and simply establish consistency among Appraisers. I have performed work for EVP going on two years now. I can honestly say that Drew Watson’s business plan has improved the quality of all my Appraisal Reports. The staff at EVP is fun to work with, and has superior communication between Clients and Appraisers. Not many Companies today do things the right way. However, it is nice to find one that has it figured out.
